It does not save, so you can take this time to just relax. If you want you could save exp by leaving the fox right before it dies and saving the rewards in the mail.

also i would say that you can get to 99% in lvl 85 and as for saving the mail only stays for 15 days so you can only stack that many

If you get to lvl 85 and 99% exp you're usually maxed out for now.
But in germany at lvl 85 you could go even further and reach 300% exp or more, so when the cap finally went up to lvl 90 2-3 days later some people already were at lvl 90 xD I don't know if it was intended or a bug.

Actually once you hit max XP, you start getting bundles of it attached to messages that keep for up to 7 days, so kind of useless now, but will be important once they announce another level cap increase.

that level cap should come only in beggining of february, if that fast.

dont see it coming out before that.

So, should I do bounty and daily mission for now or not?

I understand they are useless for now, but, if I keep doing them, will they add automatically when cap is raised? or, are they just wasted?

Yes that's true, at least for the english ver. Exp will cap at lv86 - 1exp.
It's actually quite good, you can ignore most of the dailies and stuff once you hit exp cap, less of a rat race now, more relaxing.
