1. Neji isn't overpowered. He's actually quite weak. Ao practically makes Neji obsolete. Find yourself a healer to clear debuffs or acupuncture the neji yourself.

:'( I feel you man, I'm 83 and I can't deal with Neji at all. I mean, he blocks 20% of my attacks and I can combo him by round 2, but he's just insanely hard to deal with.
Seriously, though, there is no reason for him to be nerfed. He is not even remotely overpowered.

I don't know if this is a giant troll post or if the new player actually needs help.

The reason nins like Neji aren't OP is because if you put a healer in your 4th position(that's going last in a round, meaning they are near the back of the team) then they will clear debuffs off of X number of your ninjas. Kabuto is a great example of this, as he clears a debuff from 2 ninja during his action. Sakura's Mystery clears all debuffs from your entire team, costs nothing, and is a prompt(it goes right away, and doesn't take the nin's action for the turn) as well.

Honestly if something looks overpowered, trry to figure out why it's beating you and see what you can do to counter it.

The only time I'll consider Neji OP is if his mystery starts a combo, but it doesn't, so no he ain't OP. Like others have said, try and get around Neji. He isn't as tanky as Hinata of the same level so you should be able to shut him down real quick if you're faster than him. Get a healer on your team if you're annoyed by his mystery.

Also eXCUUUSE me, as someone who's struggling to memorize all 3 scripts of kana and uses romaji a lot, I'm offended :L
