Darui is very OP, that paralyze is very annoying..well..the best line-up should be composed by lighting and water ninjas, so the barrier buff will be fully worth..also you need a tank to pretect them..
So i would reccomand Hinata as the tank, 'couse she can accupuncture also..
Also Lighting Main with Root of Warrior and Killing Intention of Warrior as passives..so you'll need a Taitou(sword) ninja..a water or lighting..you also need 2'nd chase from main(which is creating high combo, so Darui can hit with 1'st chase)
So the first team i think is Lighting Main-Hinata-Suigetsu-Darui(talents 1/2-3-2-2-3 and Snake or Serpent as summon)
For main you c*e 1'st or 2'nd mystery, i personally preffer 1'st, so you'll have 1 extra accupuncture,and 'couse you already have enought paralyze from Darui, so 2'nd in not needed.

You can try aswell Lighting Main-Darui-Kimimaro-Fukurokumaru with the same talents..tho idk if the fat cat is good or not yet..we'll get it only tomorrow..fat cat's passive fits like a glove in the combo..
