Hello,

if you are on high risk, please use different payment option. I understand you are already using different payment option but you have to change it one more time. If it won't help, then I can check where is the problem. But I can't remove your from the list manually.

    I'm from Australia so I don't have many payment options. I can only use card and PayPal as my options. So there's no way for me to use another option.
If possible, try to recharge higher amount of ingots.
