Hi! I am haing issues making up my mind on what character to use a medal on , I was going to buy a Jonin medal on one of my characters but I am not sure if i should use it on my scarlet blaze character or wait till a new UK server opens, make a character then use it there

I want to be near the top, but my scarlet blaze is only level 39, and the heighest on the server is 43

for the people that know this game well would me buying the jonin medal make it possible to catch up? or am I better off using it on a new server?

from what I've seen, there only seems to be about 3 people that have the jonin medals, the rest have the chunin and some have the genin medals
