So my fav char is gaara and I would like to know how good is this mentioned character? Is it obtainable only via topup ?

Uff that's a lot but okay here we go ;P
Ninja Exam::.
It's an Instance based PvE feature, you fight against one Enemy group at the time and if you win you get Magatamas. After that you go to the next Enemy and every 10 wins you get a Chest with extra Magatamas + this Events reward.
Server Group Event::.
It's for your Guild, if your Guild reaches these lvl's you get the reward.
Server Magatama Lvlup::.
You get them mostly from the Ninja Exam and they're like Gems you put into your Gear. One Gear piece can have 6 Magatamas and for lvling them up you feed other Magatamas to them.
For the rest, it's just basic lvlup, get stronger, rebate, top-up every day stuff that doesn't really need an explanation.

What i can say is try to get iruka hes golden if you top up i would do it so: everyday 500 gold which are idk 5 bucks if i remember total of 6 times = gaara 4 stars and iruka VERY GOOD investment. If you wanna spend the gold get magatamas and ur very comepetitive. With just 30 bucks. -

- Guess there are some errors you should look it up for example group lvl reached lvl 4-6: 2 times seal scroll *2 i think you mean seal scroll *2 and summoner scroll *2. And some other errors.
No it's fine, there are two categories in this event the Guild Leader gets the 2 first rewards in the list and the rest goes to the Members

Well there are Top-Up based Events like in any other Game, they're just less of a rip-off.
When the Game is out and you see what you can get if you Top-Up, you willl decide for yourself if it's good to do ^^~

This looks like possibly the least rip-off "top-up" system I've ever seen.. I will be playing this game, and topping up.. This just looks 1000000000000x better than the copy/paste games... and no "top up" only ninja... love how competive this is gonna get :D

Well you can be very comepatitive with 50 bucks but you wont be unbeatable. 50-100 bucks no problem for free2play but dont forget there are some big whales who spend over 500-1000 bucks so dont believe you can compete at the first weeks/month with them. Less pay2win than other games but still can be pay2win. -
