Ah, but the monthly event that's there since 3 week ago would have told you to save pots for week 3 and week 4 60 plot/elite, which is perfectly doable even if you had 0 pot at the start of the thing. So at the point when that happened, which is day 1 of week 4, you should still have a decent pot supply. The only thing is, it MIGHT impact your ability to complete the 60 elite everyday for subsequent days. Personally, because I got a bit lucky on quiz/treasure and am actively buying pots from ranked/arena etc shop, I will be able to finish all the 60s and this 80 with almost no existing pot stock (I clear house on Monday usually, which means only 2 days before the start of the monthly event)

pot is pot, you need pot for BOTH, thus I said that if you choose to do the 80, "it MIGHT impact your ability to complete the 60 elite everyday" because it requires you to divert resource. Fact is that you SHOULD have a stock already as a preparation for the monthly, and frankly knowing the thing a few days ahead won't be any help because we are already regulating stamina and pots as a result of the monthly, so it's unlikely that you can do anything "extra" anyway.
