If they keep treating their players like they're idiots who don't notice these things (which is clearly the case here), they will soon lose their players and go out of business. Just keep it up oasgames. -

Hello.
Yes, every single feedback we receive is forwarded to the game developers and team behind our events. There is a lot of ways how we can and we are obtaining needed infornation. No, players won't receive any access or they won't be able to talk with our game developers in private, sorry. There is no particular reason why we should grant this access or function to our players. We have a lot of people in our team and you can be sure we are collecting feedbacks, opinions, suggestion and it doesn't matter if it is negative type or positive type of feedback. Every kind of feedback is useful.
Brazilian server has nothing to do with our events or what is our team doing, therefore it is forbidden to talk about news or events on other versions of the game. It doesn't really matter if it is China, Brazil, they got their own forum and you are free to express your opinions about their events there. Not here, this is not the right place.
It doesn't even matter what version the NA is following or whatever, people are pissed because the rewards for the Xmas events are just crap. The team that decided the rewards should get fired imo -
