1＃ Go ToIs it intentinal that the chakras change around when changing line up placements? It becomes really tiresome having to remove and place them again just because i change the position of 1 ninja. It's to the point where my line ups suffer because i simply cant be bothered to reorganize my chakra runes every single time i swap a position.

Yes, it is intentional. If you simply can't be bothered to reorganize your chakra every time you swap a position then yes, they will suffer.
OR you do what I do and get every person to have 1 wind, water,fire,earth, lightning, and wood chakra. That way it doesn't matter where you place them, everyone has the same chakra.
No need to be rude. It just becomes a hassle when you have to focus different aspects on some ninjas and when the runes are different levels. Not to mention using different teams for certain events. It becomes very time consuming when trying ninja exams for example. "oh this line up didnt work, ill try placing this ninja here and that one there, *clicks start* Oh crap, forgot to reorganize my chakra, ok better exit and take 10 minutes ta do that. Oh that set up didnt work, ill try this one. Oh * gotta reorganize again" and so on and so forth. I apologize if MY inconvenience bothered you so much, just becomes annoying when i spend 40 minutes reorganizing chakra for 10 minutes of fighting. -

PROBLEM SOLUTION!!!
When moving ninjas around, instead of say, switching Hinata and Ao around, causing their magatamas and chakras to swap characters... move hinata to an empty space in the formation grid, then put Ao where Hinata was previously standing and finally, putting Hinata to where Ao was.
This way the Magatama and Chakras stay intact on the characters and no need to keep arranging them etc.
Works for me every time :)
Dunno, doesnt work that way for me. I tried that and once i move a character it throws them off. Only way i can get the chakras to stay on the characters i want is if i straight up place the character i want to have a certain set onto another character and do no moving whatsoever from there. And the magatamas are character bound unlike the chakra so mags and equipment arent a problem, juddt wish the chakra worked the same way This post was last edited by cheese_crater at 2016-12-21 22:48 -

Its most likely locked to the position rather than ninja for instances where you are missing a ninja would force you to reapply chakra anyways. Equipment only gets automatically applied since there a finite amount and the game just puts them on chars essentially randomly. With chakra orbs youll have excess orbs so instead of the devs taking it upon themselves to decide what orbs they want on new ninjas, they associate your "chosen" chakra to a position to avoid this.
A pro to this would be if chakra orbs actually worked as one would expect (dmg reduction, *ions, a cpl others def dont work as you would think). The values are part of a calculation that give you a percent which we arent privy too, games like WoW would give you the %'s to allow you specific customization of stats.
I wish this were the case but even moving to an empty space and having the ninja move order staying exactly the same..it will jumble my chakras -

Well what "suggestion" would you guys like me ta say then smh. They seem like a form of equipment. I get chakra, i "equip" them onto a slot. What are they then and how would you even be able ta make it not swap around all the time? or is it just not possible? if not then why ask for suggestions when you already know that you wont even give any an attempt? - If you need to spend 40 minutes for reorganizing chakra then something is wrong. There isn't really that many chakra and if you follow a pattern for multi-function chakra like I said ealier you won't EVER need to reorganize. I wasn't rude, I was being honest.
i never said i it took 40 minutees at once. the added up time is what i mean. -
