Yes but the guy that pulled him from kage on another server used roughly 378k ingots.
240 pts a frag while getting your magas up isn't all that bad and for the math side of things

240 pts * 80 frags = 19.2k pts needed
avg 55 pts per 10 rolls (200 ingots)
19200 pts / 55 pts = 349 (10 dice rolls) = 68.8k ingots

the availability to see other region's events really throws off our events and I may not be allowed to discuss such topics here but most heavy spenders are smart spenders. if they see a possibility of future events providing the same goods for a lesser cost, then wouldn't it be wiser to i.e. wait or go for other things in the meantime?
Imo they should make these super/ultra rare ninjas strictly limited to seals which keeps their value and doesn't hold anyone back from waiting for them to pop up in a future event.
