Well the cheapest way is the 6 day 10$ per day. you can do it this way and at the 4th day you have 2k gold which is enough for jonin medal. Just dont top up 2500 first day for jonin you will get 15 frags for 2500 top up but you still need 15 frags which means you ahve to top up again 2500 for 15 frags or 3 times 10 dollar which is 80 bucks. Well its not that much actually but if it bother you: Do the 2500 top up first day for 15 frags and jonin. than 3 days 10 $ top up for another 15 frags = 80 dollars.
