The video explains it live but here goes:

Turn 1: Bee mistery on Mabui, she will give 40 chakra twice = 80 chakra.
Turn 2: Use Gaara mistery, immobile someone of your choosing...
Use dance of impetus, wait for Mabui to give another 80 chakra and immediately press Gaara mistery again ( still in turn 2)
Turn 3: Gaara will use mistery now, but his cooldown is now 1 round not 2 rounds !, immobile someone...
do other stuff.
Turn 4: Use Gaara mistery again because his cooldown is over.
Turn 5: Use dance of impetus and use Gaara mistery AGAIN !

Also try to use all of this wisely, bait interrupt and maybe wait to heal seals, but you get the gist of it.

as fas as i know the chakra doesnt get carried in the next rounds, so u can have 80 chakra first round at the start of the 2nd round u still have 40

Its nice, but definitely all your eggs in one basket. You would need to guarantee you have the highest team init, and single init on Gaara to be effective.

Chakra gets carried over if you have more then you would for that round.

Ex: You have 80 chakra round 2, round 3 starts which would normally give you 60 but you already had 80 so you keep it instead.

Yeah but anyhow they can't combo interrupt Gaara so even if they are faster, you will wreck them, and Bee imune to paralyze so your immobile should go through in most cases.
