Sakura Festival is a horrible event. Why would you fill two slots with food? There are already countless other places where food is a reward.

It is random, you can get any of this stuff.

Ino server doesnt have the summoning trail one ; -;

It only opens up if your server is 2 weeks old.

It pretty much is randnom... I've had days with 15 coupons out of 5 spins. And overall the rewards are okay-ish. The only reward I haven't gotten yet is the lesser refine rune =)
