We have a schedule for the server, but it's not release to the public. News of server openings are usually released before they open, so you could always check the news section for servers opening and prepare yourself for the new server. :)

I do not have access to that schedule so I have no idea. However, if you ask me, my estimation would be around 2-5 days.
