    Thank you for the suggestion, However, I believe it's not remotely possible to do.
    Servers are adjusted fairly and give each player the decision to either spend or not.

    Further events would have to differ.
Events are made for players who pay each month.

Events? Christmas event monthly event is only for players who pay, no matter how hard, normal player try he can not get naruto, so whats the point of event if you cant get ninja from it. Event continues 28 days so what if normal player can not get even half of the fragments.
