So i have a request u can check for yourself.This is a request coming from a lot of S100 people.We DO NOT need a merge.
We currently have 4 gnw groups, with 3 of them with a lot of ppl.
We kill tails in less then 12-10 mins.
And we are 20 ppl on each sage field.
I repeat i hope u will listen to our desires :D, we don't need a merge, there are a lot of other servers that need it, focus on them.THX
There is no need to inform us if you need or don't need merge. We can check it, don't worry. -

- well i just guessed if all ppl express their merge desires, i would do the same, sry if i offended or anything, just said what a lot of ppl from s100 is thinking.Again u are doing a great job anyway guys, and i rly like all the events and merge news always, keep up the good work :D
Nope, it's fine. But we are not going to merge servers that don't need it. -

We have placed multiple posts about our server (Server 51, NY, US Servers) to be merged and have been told we are listed on this allusive list for weeks. Having said that, no changes have been made, people have lost their patience and some of our top players and top spenders on our server have left the game. I'm very disappointed with the customer service we are receiving as people who spend around and over $400 dollars a week on this game. The lack of effort would be less disturbing if we did not pay a fortune for it's upkeep, only to feel neglected with broken event prizes and worse of all a server merge that keeps getting promised and skimmed over every week. The patience is running thin on all our nerves, so I would prioritize our merge sooner rather than later.

even if you are on the list, it doesn't mean we will merge your server next week. It may be next week or 2 weeks later. But your server is on our list. -

Daisuke, we have been told that we were on "the list" which at this point we are rather skeptic about, for around if not more than 2 weeks. We also went the extra mile to scout and let you guys know which servers we would be a match for, and we got a reply from that. The OTHER servers that we recommended got the merge last week, while ours didn't.
While I appreciate your attempt at a response, it sadly means little to those of us who are tired of spending money on the game with no particular care from the administration. Replying with a polite excuse solves nothing I'm afraid.
How possible could you know what server/servers is/are good match for you if you have no idea what criteria are we using ? Just because you give us numbers of servers you would like to be merged with, doesn't mean we will do it right now. We don't want to merge servers that are completely different. It takes some time to choose right servers, otherwise it will create only more problems and we don't want that. We want to provide the best gaming experience as possible. We know that situation on your server might not be the bust and we are doing everything we can to change it.
The fact that you are saying we don't care makes me sad. If it was truth, we could close these threads from the start and never care about your opinions (if you want or need merge). We want to satisfy our customers but our customers should also realise that making some changes or adding new features is not as easy as it looks like.
If you really feel like your server is at such bad state that it needs merge right now, I can check on what phase is it right now. -

It's interesting that you're merging servers that are close to each other by number, S12 would have no hope merging with 37, for example, unless they do some huge merge or something.
Edit-So, most of the servers are next to each other, so 18 would most likely be merged with 15, 21, and maybe 13 and 24

But of course. Imagine merging 3 months old server with 3 weeks old servers. Not only there would be huge difference between their powers but also levels. We want to merge servers, we want to help our players but there must be some balance in it (both levels and powers). -

- Another moderator has said before that you look at server power levels and activity rates for events. Anyone can go look at rankings to see activity for groups, sage, and world boss. Which would also show them which players were active. So I would say that if someone wanted to they could easily check another server similar to theirs, should they choose to.
Power, level, activity in events are only few factors we look at when we are deciding if we should merge this server or not. -
