So on my server we are on day 6 about to be day 7 in 1 hour. I was looking in the ninja's tab and he costs 30 fragments to get him at 2 start which is normal, but when I check the event on day 7 we only get 20 fragments? Is this a bug?

EDIT: I got Boy Kakashi, but the event still says 20 fragments.
