Mystery: Sometime not work,can't remove shield.Maybe because "control point from equip".But have alot of time its not work.
Standar attack:attack front enemy causes knockdown and blindness change triple combo.Its mean 100% knockdown and blink but didn't work many times .
Power of lighting. increase 20% def and res for lighting ninja. tested many times,not work.Got same damages from kakashi's clone.

1/Cee standar attack: Its a bug or you have to translate like this " Attacks the front enemy has a change to knockdown and blinkness and triple combo ".
Current " Attacks the front enemy cause knockdown and blinkness has a change to triple combo" Its mean 100% knockdown and blinkness but its not work.
2/Power of lighting. Didin't see he buff def and res for any ninja when beginning of combat.Have a test with kakashi clone,take same damages when have/dont have him in team.

  • somethings i noticed with cee is that in the group trail his standard will blind lightning ninjas but when i used him this never happens as well as most of the time i used his mystery it would not work on fire mains or tobis if the fire main was behind the tobi yet the both would be hit and the fire mains shield ether not used or used in a combo before hand and that i only seen this once but his blind mystery worked on sasuke and hinata who were both light ninja (not sure how i did that as i tried about six times to get it on video after and failed all attempts )
yeah.when i pvp with earth main who use tobi,cee can't remove tobi's shield,tobi already dogde lighting mystery

please test his def and res Tobei,i have full lighting ninja in my team,its mean he have 80% def and res like you said.but when pvp with peoples have same power,he die very fast with their combo.

I saw Cee mystery bug again to day when did sage war.
I'm using LM-Kimimaro-Sasuke,Cee fight with earth main-kimimaro-mabui-GW kankuro
Round 2. -I use LM mystery to combo GW kankuko,GW kankuro died
-Earth main use kimimaro mystery( got +20 charka charka because round 1 he have 60 charka).So with Cee i get 60 charka
-I use Cee and sasuke mystery,earth main+kimimaro+mabui got blinkness but kimimaro and mabui still have shield
I didin't say Cee mystery not work,but sometime its not work.Please check it,Thank
