2nd - Gai mastery on Jiraya, Sasuke Barrier

1st - Use MC mastery after Earth main use the interrupt, use Hinata when you get chakra from Kakashi clone death
2nd - Use Kakashi on Tobirama
3rd - Use all u have (exept Itachi, never use him) on Earth main till you defeat him

That was posted before game upgrade 2.0, so i dont think that lineup works anymore! They did important changes to Tobi
