So how would I know which passives gives its buff to all rows and which passives gives only to the team the user casts?
For example Asuma Wind Blade passives, would the passive affect everyone? or just its row?
What about passives that increases stats on specific attributes? (example: Shikamaru Paradise)

You test them at Kakashi clone with a friend lol.

This is mostly right. I've found most barrier skills only effect your team (the row you are in). However there is atleast one Ninja that does not fall into that, and that would be the 1st Hokage. His barrier buffs any/all Konoha Ninja from all 3 of the teams/rows on your side.
Edit: Hope you don't mind OP, but maybe I'll toss a question of my own in here regarding barrier skills: Does the buff last only as long as the field is out, and if so, does it reapply if the barrier is recast? I ask this, cuase in all my testing, the second (and above) time the barrier is brought out, no "+stat" shows above your ninja like they do the fist time it is cast. Is this a bug with the stats not showing the second time? Or does the buff from the Barrier only happen once? And again, does the buff disappear after the Barrier fades/is orverwritten? Thanks to anyone who has the answers.

The buff lasts as long as field is active so if it's used up with mystery or overwritten it disappears and yeh it does re-apply when you barrier second time, it's just a visual bug you don't see the little arrows and small text like you do first time.
