ninjas like kazakage gaara and darui and mei who use there barriers at the start effect your whole side were barriers like sasuke will only effect the ninjas in his formation as for anbu tatic and guys leech they effect all ninja on your side even in gnw

and just to clarify, only the leech part is shared (from both Guy and Lightning main) not the stats buff part. that's only in your single team
