Daiske mentioned when he received the reply from the techs.

"A new account will cover the old account. In other words, when you bind your account, it's like you're starting from the 0. If you want, we can un-bind your accounts. That is the only solution we can provide at the moment."

I apologize but this is the only solution we currently have.
