[ Other ] Group Members are gone

This is GinOkami, leader of Chosen Ones in S146(the group currently facing the issue). Yesterday my senior was *ed(for 2nd time) and the *er removed all the Anbu and Elites of my group after we won the War. My senior's(GroupBackup) account is actually given to him long time ago by one of his friend(who's currently suspected for *ing and messing with his account) after his Facebook one was blocked. After he joined my group the original owner messed with his magatamas once and now after the War he took such a low step to make us lose the finals. GroupBackup sent mail to Oasis last time asking for change of email address but they didn't let him and this is causing problems now.
Pls help us in anyway you can. We expect someone to help the discharged members take part in Saturday war when they're back and letting GroupBackup change his email id. Also take action against the one who is causing all this.
If our moderators talk about giving gamers a better experience then we're here who need help.

Sending up the chat the *er and I had(ignore the cuss words understanding how a leader feels when his trusted senior/best friend is *ed).. Er(GroupBackup) faced it before so we kept a password to confirm the *er isn't using it.. but seems like we couldn't do anything when it actually happened

All Chosen Ones need is justice for their members.. If the costumer service and the game developers wanna ruin the game experience of around 70 people workin' hard in a server then I've nothing to say. This is my 2nd server and I've been playing this game for more than 5-6 months but I've never faced such situation before. We're ready to cooperate in any way the game moderators.

    Let me get the facts straight.
    - Alot of members were kicked by one of the seniors.
    - The senior account is accessible by multiple persons
    - the people with access to that account claim that none of them had done it.
    Is that right?

    Where are we supposed to help now? If i am correct you had an account appointed senior that was accessible by multiple persons. One of that person's either shared the login info or kicked the members by himself.
    I am sorry but there is nothing we can do about it.
The senior account was accessible to multiple persons even after we did the methods suggested by customer service to protect the account and only the main guy knew about everything which he changed.. I wanna know how is that possible that even after telling this problem to customer service and following their methods correctly we're not able to stop the *er. Why isn't there an option to change the email if the player needs it? And why isn't the account secure even after making all those changes?
I've already pleaded what I want in my first reply to this thread as well as in the mail to one of the senior moderator.
I made him senior not only coz of his capability but also believing on players' account security given by the Game, Sir

  • You can only kick 10 people a day so why dont u kick whoever could kick and then start inviting people back after the cd. Next find someone else to be your seniors. In addition, if more than 10 people left they left of their own accord. lastly why did u let an account that has so much access to it to that position?
The guy who did all this already left the group and we're already inviting back the discharged members.. my issues are if that account can be secured again, if my discharged members can fight the upcoming final war after joining back and if we can find the culprit who did this..
We already informed about this problem to Customer service before as I said and did as they suggested to do.. we even monitored this account for quite a time before making him a senior. We made him the senior believing on him as well as the "Tight security" methods suggested by the customer service.
My senior asked for email change too but sadly he wasn't provided any option for this. If it was provided the situation might have been different Sir

Sir, I totally accept these points and the person actually did everything after being *ed once and only he knew answers to every security questions. But do you mean that a shared account who actually followed the above steps for protection after being suggested by the customer service before isn't protected and can be *ed back anytime? And it was only shared between 2 members: one who replied this thread before saying that he didn't do anything and the other being the real senior who is suffering atm.
He isn't the only one who is using others account.. There are many who do so to catch up with others progress after losing an account which is already at fine lvl. I don't wanna offend any moderator but I want them to understand the situation keeping themselves in player's position and not repeating the same point again about shared account.

  • What about the high possibility this was a *? Regardless weither the account was shared or not. I think you focus on the wrong point. It should be easy to compare the IP adresses and catch this *er. We need the admins to be strong in cases like this. This is the second time an Account was *ed. This really makes one want to quit the game.
True.. totally agree, especially when the other person admitted and it shows that he got no motive to do so. And only catching the culprit won't help. When a group finally works hard to win a war by defeating the strongest players after so long and finally face this situation just before the finals even they feel like quitting. And that too when the servers can merge anytime and the ranking matters alot

  • If the account gets *ed it gets *ed. If the *er is good enough you will never find them. Also why spend money on a witch hunt. Yes this will cost them money. If the *er took money or stole credit card info that is a different story and that need to be up with the police not these admins. If nothing was stolen or taken just reset to a stronger password.
I wish you understand Sir.. I wouldn't have commented if it wasn't already reset again with all security measures taken care of after the first *.. I didn't even said anything during first * but I'm commenting during 2nd one.. Why? Coz it was *ed again after doing every measure required for security which includes your suggestion to reset the password. So how to protect it again? Resetting the password again and waiting for the *er to take that too?
