A word of warning, he may be changing in later updates to our version of the game. The german version changed his mystery to ninjutsu damage and removed poison, his knock to low chase also lost poison and is now 2x per round. Dunno if puppet has tanking passive anymore, but he does give 20 chakra each time he chases.

In short, he will give a decent bit of chakra, but unless he's mooded for ninjutsu his damage is going to suffer, possibly quite hard.
