I recharged twice: 1k ingots at first, then 500 ingots, money was deducted from my account, it says it is a successful payment but no ingots were received.

well i got 1k ingots, but that's not all, pls pay attention to what i reported, i recharged TWICE, 1k ingots AND 500 ingots after that, and money was deducted for both transactions, i also posted the 2 links, i feel rly bad now, missing that senju scroll and you guys just gave me 1k ingots out of 1k5 i recharged.
