Dueling for certain items isn't necessarily a bad idea. However, it'll have to be moderate or else people could farm out accounts just to duel (Trade) and run a market that way. The Item I see best fit for this suggestion would be Coins.

Not a fan, it's easy to make few alts to farm surviva/cat, even for low level people it's still few hundred thousand, then you can bet them with your main account, same thing with coupons.

With coins it looks good. Apart interesting, since everyone could participate from the lowest to the highest, since they could fight between them, obviously there has to be, an invitation that must be accepted, that says it is a bet, and that you see how much You can bet. (bring into play)
