- Tactics (again not sure if its applicable to your level)
- Refinement
- 8gates (when u move around ninja and change their position, your 8gates changes as well based on the position number)

I dont know. I cant remember what level it is unlocked.

Look a tthe coment below, they also mentioned group skills as well. Maybe that is the reason too.
