For all these servers who "cant kill ninetails" how old is your server? We had low attendance in 9tails until we were able to kill it then people showed up more consistently. Is your server fairly new? Whats the average power of the top 10?

s182 beated 9tail within the first month so they do have power and stuff, just not people at that time maybe?
