As the tittle says: does the Kurotsuchi's pasive 12% more personal ninjutsu for each member in team!
But my question is: it works in ranked with 9 earth members ?? so the pasive 12% stack's per 9 times(12 * 9 = 108%)??
or it's just the own 4 member team, wich makes kuro's pasive reach 12 per 4 = 48% more ninjutsu?
