they have it, it is a group summon that can be used in group battle.

also in a normal fight if you are able to do a 35/50 hit on the opponent the one being is almost dead if not actually dead and you didnt even reached that high on the hits, so it wouldnt trigger the summon.

only scenario i see that possible is pve and 9 tails fight
