I'm an f2p player or should i wait for Golden cudgel that is said to drop in team instance lvl 70?2. Is the drop rate of Golden Cudgel rare or common? Like how many times does it appear for 4 times team instance?Thank you :)

So I've done a few team instances and today got my first duplicates for a slot. As such, upgrading is something I'm looking into, however I have been unable to find any sort fo guide that gives information as to what items to upgrade/when.I assume any upgrades to the lower tier (green/blue) tools are going to be wastes as soon as you get a higher tier tool, as it'll have better stats. However I don't know how long it'll be until getting better tier tools.Does anyone have any information/advice on which tools/stats to max on them and when it's worth/not worth upgrading them?For reference here are the tools I have;http://puu.sh/rOgax/2d4aa9176c.pngThe Sword has Attack +7, Fire Resistance +1 and the Ring has Resitance +4 as their additional stats.TL;DR. Hey, i was wondering if anyone knows how to get the bottom row of Ninja Tools such as, Gourd, Book, Blade and so on.......Im level 64 ATM, so is it something we get with level 70 instances or is it an event, or have they not been added in the game yet???Any help would be appriciated

I noticed that ninja tools have additional attributes, are those random or they appear as you upgrade the tool? Also, how many aditional attributes can you have on one tool and each attributes are available?
